Where do you ship to?

We ship to the continental United States. For shipping to HI, PR and US Virgin Islands, please inquire at info@tile-tap.com and we will try to support your request. Please note - additional charges may apply.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated on checkout and will vary based on the order size and destination.

Why does it show 'boxes' when calculating order square footage?

We sell our tiles by the box rather than by square foot or by piece to ensure accuracy, consistency, and to protect your tiles during shipping.

Each box contains a set number of tiles from the same production batch (also called a "dye lot"), which helps ensure uniform color and size across your entire project.

Selling by the box also helps minimize damage—tiles are packaged securely in boxes to travel safely from our warehouse to your door. It’s much harder (and riskier) to ship just a few loose tiles.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

How do I return my order?

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?
